SOME of us have to cut back for health reasons. Once I figure out the right dosage of stevia, there'll be no sugar at all. Dude, you should have been at our house growing up. I don't know the quantity of sugar, but I'd wager that the ratio of tea to sugar was 1:1. Mom's tea is so strong, though. Spoon dissolving strong. It may take as long as 26 minutes to become that block of ice you were looking for. :) (Hint: you need only about 1/3 as much sugar as salt by weight to get the same freezing point suppression.)
