		<description>Jasper will be fine. He might grow out of it, who knows? If it is the shape of the ear, that can be altered surgically. As long as the nerves are good, he will be okay. I do feel sorry for him in that he only knows you by smell. What an experience for the poor child! On another note, I guess the radical new invention of "photo-graphy" has not yet made it to the midwestern hinterlands which you inhabit. How about you describe Jasper's appearance to me in words? That way I could at least have a mental image of him to go by.</description>

We went through this when it looked like Killian might be autistic.  He isn't and he's improved but still has a delay.  I still want my son to be "normal" but then I remember that normalcy isn't all it's cracked up to be.</description>
